I think it's great for both the company and our members that our work environment has been highly evaluated by global standards! GIG's efforts to become a company that is rewarding to work for GIG operates under the mission of "improving the world through technology and creativity." The members of our company, which operates creative production, engineering services, and skill sharing services, work in line with the following three values.

・Good is good - Professional - ・Just Hack it - Challenge - ・Making a great team - Contribution to the organization - As a system in line with the above values, at the company-wide sharing meeting (GIG Meetup) held every month, each Phone Number List member writes the name and message of the member who they think has demonstrated the value, and those who have collected the most votes are recognized. There is a "VALUE Award" system. Being able to see your hard work and the gratitude of the people around you makes it more rewarding. We also have a ``skill improvement support system,'' which provides incentives to members who receive awards outside the company or speak at study sessions held inside and outside the company.



In addition, after the monthly GIG Meetup, we hold workshops on the theme of company business content and organizational management. Recently, we held a workshop with the theme, "Let's think about !" Going forward, our policy is to proactively incorporate suggestions from employees that have a high probability of being realized and that would improve the office environment into the system.
