Who are passionate about customer experience tend to look for the wow ! Although it is more expensive. Although developing it takes more time. Although it is more difficult to implement. is more questionable. This often causes barriers within our own organization which needs to see results to believe in us. So what to do stagger the customer experience starting from the ok experience the basic one and passing through the oh! Experience before reaching the wow ! Furthermore if we have made a good diagnosis we will often find quick wins whose implementation in the short term will be simple and can help us achieve the first results with minimal effort.

These first results can give us the internal credibility we need to be able to continue moving forward without obstacles. Leave the design in the hands of a consultant keep in mind that I am a consultant and I am not going to be the one to throw stones Graphics Design Service at my own roof. Consultants can provide a lot of knowledge methodology and experience but you are the ones who know your organization and your sector best.



A customer experience project cannot just be the result of a consulting firm's laboratory work. No matter how good it is. So what to do when we .bine what we consultants know with what .panies know that is when we achieve the best results. For this reason and because we need to involve all organizational areas from the beginning and unite them around the client the ideal is to constitute a multi area work team in which each one contributes what they know how to do best. Focus on improving the current moments the most natural thing is to try to improve the relationship moments that already existed when the project began.
